Final Sale Items – Important Information

Items in our Final Sale category are heavily discounted and are not eligible for return for a refund if you change your mind or select an incorrect size. Items marked as Final Sale are heavily discounted and represent our best available price.
For this reason, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied to Final Sale items.

We do, however, offer the following:

Exchanges:
Final Sale items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Postage costs to send the items back to us and for the new items sent to you must be covered by you. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can exchange for anything we have in stock, but we are unable to offer a refund.

If exchanging, items must be returned:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags/hygiene stickers attached
• In original condition

Faulty Items:
If an item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at hello@vizziesswim.com.au with your order number and details of the fault with images attached.
