1. What size should I order for my child?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing. Our swimwear is true to size, but if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for longer wear.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with hygiene stickers attached. For full details, please see our Return & Exchange Policy.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 2–6 business days. Express options are available at checkout and we aim to get these posted same day (Monday-Friday).

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship Australia-wide. Stay tuned - we’re working on expanding to more countries soon!

5. Are your swimsuits chlorine-resistant?

Yes! Our swimwear is made with high-quality, chlorine-resistant fabric designed to last through many swims.

6. How do I care for my Vizzies Swim pieces?

Rinse immediately after swimming, machine wash in cold water, and dry flat in the shade. This will help keep them as bright as possible for as long as possible. Please do not tumble dry. 

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help. Please email us at hello@vizziesswim.com.au as soon as possible.

8. What if I receive a faulty item?

We’re so sorry! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover all postage costs. Our email is hello@vizziesswim.com.au

9. Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Vizzies Swim gift cards are available in a range of values and can be purchased here.

10. What is your swimwear made from?

Our swimwear is made from a Polyester/Spandex blend. All of our swimwear, hats, towels and wet bags are made from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics. OEKO-TEX is a globally recognised certification system for textiles. Products that carry the OEKO-TEX label have been tested and certified to be free from harmful substances.
